The Hybrid Wheel having a hybrid structure of special metal bond and resin bond enables highly efficient and high grade grinding of material that are difficult to grind. Hybrid bonding technology combines the wear resistance of metal bonds with the porosity of resin bonds. The porous structure of the abrasive yields improved diamond/CBN exposure. Hybrid Wheels ensure higher material removal without compromising on the surface finish, while ensuring considerable reduction In cycle times. Even doubled stock removal is possible, compared to a conventional resin bond wheel.

The whole new hybrid grinding wheel in combination of multiple bonding method is mainly utilized by CNC tooling grinding machine which engages to groove and grind powerfully for carbide endmill. It can be also used for grinding other tough and fragile materials as well as HSS and heat treatment materials.
